Hi, I'm Jessica.
I founded Jessica Bormey, LLC with a simple goal: to help organizations build strong financial foundations so they can focus on what matters most—their mission. For more than 16 years, I have had the privilege of serving mission-driven organizations in finance leadership roles spanning nonprofit healthcare, philanthropy, grants management, strategic planning, and operations. Throughout my career, I have partnered with executive leaders, boards, and stakeholders to translate complex financial information into meaningful insights that support growth, sustainability, and impact.
As a CPA and strategic finance leader, I believe finance is far more than numbers on a page. Strong financial stewardship creates opportunities, strengthens communities, and allows organizations to expand their reach in meaningful ways. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented. Whether developing long-range financial strategies, supporting audits and compliance efforts, or building executive dashboards, I strive to be a trusted partner.
And because no introduction would be complete without a little personality: I’m also a proud Disney enthusiast who firmly believes that behind every great organization is a little bit of magic—and unlike Disney, not all budgets come with pixie dust. Sometimes they need a CPA.
